报告描述
The southeast coastal areas of China and islands nearby are regions with abundant wind energy resources and isoline with an effective wind energy density being larger or equalling to 200 w/m2 is in parallel with coastlines; the effective wind energy density of the islands along the coast is over 300w/m2 and, for the whole year, the hours with a wind speed over or equal to 3m/s is about 7000-8000 hours and that with a wind speed over or equal to 6m/s is 4000 hours. The sea area of the eastern costal area with a water dept of 5m to 20m is quite large. As being estimated with the same method for onshore wind energy resources, the available wind energy resource at 10m height is 3 times of that on land, namely more than 700 million kilowatts.

With the great support for the offshore wind power generation project from the state, some research institutions and wind power equipment manufacturers at home have completely developed the research on the relevant technologies of offshore wind power generation. Large electric power companies have also been carrying out “sea enclosure” planning in coastal zones. According to statistic, the installed capacity for offshore wind power generation planned to be constructed by different regions is about 17.10 million KW, including about 170,000 KW of projects which are under construction or have been completed.
Since 2007, several power generation groups have been paying attention to offshore wind power and signing development agreements with local governments in succession and carrying out preliminary work for project development. It is estimated that the preparation work for planned project development would be completed before 2010. At present, domestic-funded enterprises with enough strength have started the research on complete machine for offshore wind power. Sinovel has developed 3.0MW offshore wind turbines by the end of 2008 and started production of the wind turbines in small batch in 2009. Other manufacturers will complete the production of sample machines during 2009-2010, and after one year of test for the sample machines, offshore wind turbines will be supplied in large quantities in 2011.
The Report describes in detail the operational environment of China offshore wind power generation industry, studies and projects in particular the development of its downstream industries and short-term and long-term trends of their demand for the offshore wind power generation. Aiming at the opportunities and the threats which the wind power generation industry faces currently, we raise our advice on the investment and the strategies for the development of the Wind power generation industry. The Report helps the wind power generation enterprises seize accurately the development trends of the industry and formulate correctly the competition strategies and investment policies for enterprises by virtue of exact contents, full and accurate data and intuitionistic figures. Our data substantially come from authorities and special research institutions involved in the industry such as National Bureau of Statistics of China, State Information Center, China Customs, China Wind Power Generation Industry Association and field research of our Center. The Report has integrated data resources from many authority institutions and expert resources, extracts accurate and appropriate information with actual value, researches and analyzes from multiple angles, from macroscopic view to microcosmic view, from theoretically to practically, combining the circumstance which the industry is in to strive to ensure that the conclusions and viewpoints of the Report are unified in respect of perspectiveness, practicability and feasibility. The Report is elaborately made by the panel of experts after the market survey and data collection carried out by our Center. It is one of the important decision-making bases for the enterprises of the industry, relevant investment companies and government sectors to grasp accurately the development trend of the industry, understand thoroughly the competition pattern of the industry, to elude successfully the risks of operation and investment and to work out exact competition and investment strategies, with significant referential value.
